President

Regina Levison began her career in healthcare search in 1983. Based on her success, she quickly advanced with search firms in San Francisco (Search Consultant, Manager of Medical Sciences, and Vice President of Healthcare). A strong desire for professionalism and ethics prompted Regina to establish Levison Search Associates several years later. She recognized the need for state-of-the-art technology systems and incorporated candidate database management to provide better service to clients and candidates alike.

Long-term client relationships have been the mainstay for Levison Search Associates. Regina's goal from the beginning was to become a key adjunct member of every client team to ensure Levison Search was positioned to make client strategies a reality. Many client relationships have been in place for 10-20+ years.

Prior to healthcare search, Regina worked for the State of California in several departments: Health Services, Department of Employment, Health and Welfare Agency, and Social Services. She also worked as a Trainer with particular emphasis on career management.

Recognizing the need to stay current on healthcare issues, Regina has been involved with a variety of professional associations. They include National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Co-founder and Member of Society of Professionals in Healthcare, and past board member of Marshall Foundation for Community Health.

Regina and her husband moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to the Sierra Nevada Foothills 10 years ago. Away from work, Regina loves the theatre (especially Broadway musicals), movies, spending time with new and long-term friends, travel, food, and wine. While living in the San Francisco Bay Area and doing many bike rides in Napa and Sonoma Counties, Regina increased her wine knowledge and appreciation for the agricultural industry in California. Now she has the opportunity to enjoy the Sierra Nevada Foothills and California's rich gold rush history.
