Heidi Johnson joined Levison Search Associates in 2006. She brings with her 14 years of experience in a 160-physician multispecialty group where she was Quality Management and Patient Advocacy Program Coordinator.

Her involvement in developing and marketing a patient advocacy program, physician and staff policy development and education, provider peer review, credentialing oversight, and malpractice risk prevention have given Heidi an outstanding foundation for physician and healthcare executive search. Her intimate understanding of clinical practice, personalities, and the overall healthcare environment provide Heidi with the skills necessary for guiding clients and candidates toward the best match.

Heidi takes pleasure in getting to know clients and candidates on a personal level and forming a connection with them. She draws on her world and regional travels and interactions with different individuals and cultures to find a common interest. Her personable approach, "can-do" attitude and consistent follow-through are qualities candidates and clients appreciate most about her. Heidi has a strong intuitive sense that has proven very helpful in appropriate placement for candidates and clients alike.

Heidi is married with two grown sons and a menagerie of beloved pets. Among the menagerie are three Labrador Retrievers and a cat. Her many interests include spending time with family, friends and pets. She loves to travel, cook and entertain. Heidi is creative and she and her husband have successfully completed many home improvement projects.
