Based on her success, she quickly advanced with search firms in San Francisco (Search Consultant, Manager of Medical Sciences, and Vice President of Healthcare). A strong desire for professionalism and ethics prompted Regina to establish Levison Search Associates several years later.

Executive Vice President

Michael Levison has been an integral part of Levison Search Associates since 1990. He is responsible for information systems and is the company's financial officer. In his IT role, he has helped develop state-of-the-art physician recruitment software which is used throughout the physician search industry.

Heidi Johnson
Search Consultant

Heidi Johnson joined Levison Search Associates in 2006. She brings with her 14 years of experience in a 160-physician multispecialty group where she was Quality Management and Patient Advocacy Program Coordinator. Her involvement in developing and marketing a patient advocacy program, physician and staff policy development and education, provider peer review, credentialing oversight, and malpractice risk prevention have given Heidi an outstanding foundation for physician and healthcare executive search.
