Search Process
 
When you have determined the need to recruit physicians, mid-levels and/or healthcare professionals, Levison Search Associates follow their proven process to recruit the providers and staff you need.
 
Meet with appropriate physicians and/or staff to secure specifications for each search and tour the facilities
Prepare for your approval a comprehensive written description of the opportunity and community (this description is e-mailed to interested candidates so they can focus on your position or practice)
Begin the sourcing activities (see below) to generate candidates interested in your opportunity
Interview prospective candidates (and spouse or significant other)
Present only motivated candidates who best meet your specifications
Assist with site visit scheduling and itineraries
Prepare you and the candidates for site visits
Debrief you and candidates after site visits to determine next steps
Assist with contract negotiations and closure
Follow-up with you and the candidate through start date and the guarantee period
