He also serves as Board Chair & President of the Good Samaritan Healthcare System Support Organization which is an oversight board established as a result of the affiliation between Good Samaritan Community Healthcare System in Puyallup, Washington and MultiCare Health System in Tacoma, Washington. |
| Mr. Grimes retired in 2006 as President/Chief Executive Officer of Good Samaritan Community Healthcare System. This regional urban healthcare system is located in the South Puget Sound Area of Washington. |
| He has 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Grimes held leadership positions in urban and rural healthcare facilities throughout the country. The financial turnarounds he achieved were the result of physician recruitment strategies, outstanding relationships with medical staff, and hospital board development. |
